Cast Iron Machined Painted Plates

Ivanko's cast iron machined plates are made under exacting standards with a special proprietary formulated cast iron which produces an extremely durable plate. Our polyester based, hammertone finish was developed to resist chipping and provide a consistent finish.

IVANKO RM machined plates, average weight +/- 2%	Closer to actual weight of each size plate, the competition is using +/- 5% at best.
All RM plates have an accurately machine-drilled hole to fit the IVANKO bar, and are machined flat on both sides of the plate	IVANKO RM plates will fit perfectly on the barbell bar. No oversize hole, no slop in fitting plates on the bas as in other brands, also tighter fit with machined flat sides of plate.
RM plates are painted with a tough, polyester-based paint applied by an electrostatic process and baked for a minimum of 1 hour.	Hammertone-finish is harder and stronger and looks better than a conventional battleship gray color.
