GLASSLESS MIRROR
A
VIEW THAT'S CLEAR, LIGHT, AND SAFE
Mylar, the amazing space age super reflective material
used in the Hubble Space Telescope, is an image good enough for the stars.
Our glassless mirrors are made from metallized Mylar plastic film. They give
a brighter, sharper reflection than plate glass, with no ghost images. Our
popular 4' X 6' vertical mirror, with stacking wheels, weighs only twelve
pounds! Best of all, our mirrors won't shatter, making them much safer than
glass.
NOTE: Because of the vulnerability of mylar mirrors,
adult supervision is advised when children are present.
79"
x 53" 23LBS for each mirror
sold in multiples of 2 only.

Glassless Mirror Rolling Stand Assembly Instructions

All
Mirror Panels come with two pre-installed aluminum angle brackets
for wall mounting. Remove these brackets if you are using the
mirror base. Keep the clear plastic sheet over the mirror face
to help protect it while mounting the bases.
1) Attach Bumper Guard to tabs in 'T' Bars using the 4 Countersink
Bolts provided. Align rounded corner of Bumper Guard to rounded
corner of tab for Bumper Guard. Tighten these Countersink Bolts
completely with a Phillips head screwdriver.
2) Have a helper hold Mirror Panel centered on base. Side edges
of Mirror Panel should be centered and flush with vertical side
edges of 'T' Bar.
3) Drill drive four 1 1/2" Self-drilling Screws through
the holes in the vertical square tube of 'T' Bar into the Mirror
Panel's aluminum frame. Tighten screws up to the point where
sponge pads on 'T' Bar begin to slightly compress. Be careful
not to over tighten screws to avoid stripping. Do not press
excessively on mirror surface.
4) Plastic protective cover may now be removed from Mirror Panel.
5) Repeat process of drill driving through hole in Bumper Guard
using 3/4" Self-drilling Screw. Secure Bumper Guard to
bottom of Mirror Panel frame using the one 3/4" Self-drilling
Screw provided. Do not over tighten screw. |

Cleaning
and Maintenance of Mirrors
-
General cleaning or cleaning water spots -
Before attempting to clean the mirror, use compressed air (i.e Dust
Off which can be found in most photographic stores) to make sure that
all dust and debris are off the mirror.
You can use an optical grade cleaning cloth (no lint) and Windex.
Apply Windex to cloth until cloth is damp (saturated) but not dripping.
Clean the mirror in one direction then stroke using a fresh part of
the cloth after each pass.
- Repair of Dimples on Mirrors -
Use a heat gun (350 degree temperature) can be used to remove "dimples"
from the mirror. Hold heat gun 1/2 "- 1"
from the mirror.Move in a circular fashion working towards the outside
edge. This should remove the dimples.

FREIGHT
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
For IVANKO GLASSLESS MIRRORS
Make
your notes on the paper work you sign!
1. Inspect the outside of all
cartons for damage (tears, holes, footprints, abrasion marks, etc.)
Open to inspect while driver waits (they are required to do so), and
make sure the driver acknowledges any damage you find. If you do not
inspect your mirror before the trucker leaves, you may waive your
right to collect damages.
2. Please remove mirror from box and carefully peel the protective
plastic cover off the mirror face, and then inspect the mirror surface
for any signs of damage. Be sure to make a notation on delivery driver's
paperwork describing any box damage you notice to help us in the event
of a concealed damage claim becomes necessary.
3. If merchandise is damaged, please note the number of units damaged
on the delivery driver's paperwork, sign, and keep your copy. Keep
damaged merchandise in its original shipping box. DO NOT refuse it
or allow the driver to take it (it will slow down the claim process.)
Immediately call IVANKO at (800) 247-9044 (or 310-514-1155 within
CA) and inform us of any damage. We are available 7:30AM-4:30PM PST,
Monday through Friday. We will process all paperwork and file a claim
on your behalf. We will also expedite a replacement if necessary.
4. If damage is not noticed at time of delivery, please be aware that
a concealed damage claim cannot be made after 5 days from
receipt of merchandise, and it is much more difficult
to prove. Once again, call immediately within that time frame and
we will handle the rest. Be sure to keep the original shipping carton
and the paperwork that you signed with your notes.
All customers must pay IVANKO’s
standard return policy of 25% re-stock fee if an order is cancelled
after 24 hours of being placed, in addition to shipping fees if the
order has already been shipped.
Have your copy readily available when your order arrives to ensure
the condition of all packages.
All freight quotes are good for 30 days only.
